A structured, coached sales role
You speak with people who have already raised their hand about a dental, plastic surgery or aesthetic procedure. Your job is to understand what they want, explain the options clearly, answer questions with patience, and help them book a consultation with the right participating company.
- Call, text and email inbound leads who requested information about a procedure
- Qualify interest, budget expectations and timing with a consultative approach
- Share approved general information about available services, pricing structures, and financing options, and refer clinical questions to qualified clinical personnel
- Book and confirm consultations for the participating company
- Follow up persistently and professionally with leads who go quiet
- Handle price and hesitation objections without pressure tactics
